Teal is currently the tetrarch of the Dragon Tribe, a role she does not take lightly. Despite the cute expression on her face, she can be very serious when needed. Her experiences as a dragon date back as far to when Kane was still a Demonmaster, and she knows all too well when the forces of darkness gain power. Still, Teal is Teal and some things will never change, such as her flirtatious nature and her attraction to human men. :) Teal is now about 4872 years old (her birth date, if you're curious, is April 19, 1976 AD [yes, that's the year of the Dragon...], making her an Aries). As a human, she is 5'6" in height and likes to have the appearance of a 21-year-old. This helps her with her flirtatious nature and allows her much success in the "dating game," which Opal occaisionally throws a few verbal barbs at... Her favorite band is the Vengaboys, and her favorite song, also by the Vengaboys, is, Boom, Boom, Boom, Boom . Teal has been through a lot over the years, starting with avoiding capture by Kane when he was still a Demonmaster, ranging to losing her aura at the hands of Nephar and Pharos, and even her struggle against Sephina before she realized she was indeed the Black Dragon Opal. Because of this, she's taken it upon herself to train in the ways of swordsmanship, and quite the expert she's become in a school of her own invention, Aoi Ryu no Hirameki ("Flair of the Blue Dragon"). This school of swordsmanship has turned out to be one of the most efficient and powerful around, however it seems only a dragon (or perhaps a Dragonmaster?) is capable of mastering its intricacies... Update: (as of Session 5) It turns out that Tianna was really Teal in "disguise." She also gave a strange, blue, dragon-shaped ring to Samantha. |
(Description by Nicole Peters) Yes, she does look a bit familiar, doesn't she? Since her wild attempt in 3050 AU, Sephina Opal had learned quite a few things about herself. Formerly a quiet, understated botanist, Sephina became one of the greatest threats either of the stars had ever seen in her desprate shot to save both of the worlds (and she suceeded, thankyouverrymuch!). Her holy war for the Earth impersonating her "old heros who changed the world," like Ghaleon and Kane, turned out to be dramatically ironic as she came to the close of her great race against the jail of false utopia on the sister stars and turned out to be closer to the Earth and to the history she loved so much than she could ever imagine. Meet Black Dragon Opal, 557 years old now, with a lot in common with "Sephina" still, which Teal never lets her forget. Teal often gets on Opal's case about her former "love intrest," telling her that her father would roll in his grave if he were alive to see it. Opal looks roughly 28 and has black hair with a silver streak in it rather then the full head of silver she had as Magic Empress Sephina. Bitterly tall and older-looking than the other dragons, her appearence does not help people forget that she's just a bit different from the rest of the Dragon Tribe. She has a fondness for roses, and hates unessisary social rules or spiritless technology with little purpose. Since her challenging of the sister stars, things have turned around just as Sephina had hoped. People are now being more accepting of their past and more willing to have it tough sometimes and fight for something real instead of live barely contented and sustained in a false life created for them. (Go Sephina!) What she couldn't do by showing everyone that this is a very dangerous way to live, by donning black armor and a copy of Althena's sword, she was able to help everyone accept as a dragon, although she isn't known to get out much since the death of Demonmaster Gabe and all her other comrades. Update: (as of Session 5) Teal reveals the mysterious Dr. O to be the Black Dragon Sephina Opal. |
Nall and Ruby's elder son, his naming resulted in quite the argument between his parents, which was eventually resolved when his kid brother was born. Hiro is currently second in command of the Dragon Tribe, ranking only behind Teal. He has a bit of an attitude and lives his life like a teenaged punk, mostly because of his white hair with a pink stripe down the middle...
Update: (as of Session 5) Hiro turns out to be the mysterious stranger the party met in the White Dragon Cave all the way back in Session 4.
The younger son of Nall and Ruby, Quark was named after his paternal grandfather.
Update: (as of Session 5) Quark owns Quark's Bar and Grill in Meribia and tries to live a quiet life as a human even though he really is one of the Four Dragons.
