The Lunar: Eternal Blue PCM converter can be downloaded here.
If would like the index to all the PCM files on the CD (over 200!), don't
forget to get the PCM File Index.
Now there is also a 32-bit version of the PCM converter, courtesy of Tim
Lanza, for those of you running Win95 and/or NT. Besides being 32-bit, it
also has the default sampling rate set to the correct value and includes the PCM
File Index built-in. It can be downloaded from here.
