starting with those played by the participants and ending with the important
non-player characters, including their chief enemies, the four Anti-Heroes. If I
missed anyone (or if the description I wrote of your character doesn't agree
with your view of him or her), please let me know.
Player Characters: The New
Heroes
Ebony
|
Height : about a foot or so
Eyes : green
Appearance : cat with wings
Fur : black with a couple of white patches
Profession : flying cat
Ebony remembers nothing of his past before the circus. He was taken
from wherever he lived by the ringmaster. In the circus he was
mistreated and often beaten. He was forced to perform and mistreated
when he didn't. One night there was a fire in the circus. In the
confusion he was able to escape his cage. Unfortunately, the
ringmaster, the only link to his past, was killed in the fire. In fear
he flew for days, until finding a cave and passing out from exhaustion.
He awoke being carried by a strange lady. She brought him to her home
where he met a group of people who were to become his friends. It was
then he met Miko. Although there is a difference in species, he quickly
found he loved her, but has been unable to admit it to her.
In their journeys they found another of his species, a blue furred
flying cat called Azura. To him she is the first family he has ever
had, and he loves her also.
|
Updates: Ebony has finally learned that he is in
fact the offspring of the Black Dragon. Also, after he returned from
Caldor Isle with Lou, Bulix, and Iceberg, and was reunited with Miko in
Vane, Ebony finally declared his love for her. Now the question is
whether a relationship between two different species is
possible…
Ebony finally claimed his aura, and has become the new and current
Black Dragon.

Miko
Miko is a member of a remote tribe which maintained a functional
civilization in complete isolation from the rest of Lunar for over
1,000 years. She is completely baffled and intimidated by the mysteries
of the outside world but fascinated by its wonders. Sharply attuned to
the natural world, with an innate understanding of the mysteries of
nature and a deep respect for all forms of life, she possesses little
to no understanding of her companions’ obsession with wealth and
willingness to kill. Above all, she is dazzled and impressed by magic,
despite the fact that she seems to have an uncanny, natural affinity
for it…
Miko’s motivations, goals, and the details of her background
remain hidden even from her closest companions, but her cheerful
outlook and youthful enthusiasm endear her to all. Her eagerness,
however, is more than matched by her naiveté, and her actions
can be dangerously unpredictable.
When encountering new situations, she may just as easily become
confused and intimidated as curious and impulsive. As a result, others
often view her as an inexperienced child who needs protection, and a
few of her companions have taken it upon themselves to look out for
her…
|
|
Updates: We have now learned that Miko’s home
town is named Esperia, and that somehow her fire magic got converted
into plant magic.
It has been revealed that Miko is the hero representing Saturn, the
Elementalor of Plant Life.
|
Lou
|
Description:
Lou is from the town of Saith. When he was younger, he met
Dragonmaster Alex before he became a Dragonmaster during one of his
first adventures, and immediately started looking up to him. Alex
became to Lou what Dragonmaster Dyne was to Alex. As soon as Lou was
old enough, he took to adventuring, dreaming that perhaps one day he
too could become a Dragonmaster like Alex, even though he knows that
this is impossible as there can only be one Dragonmaster in the world
at any given time. However, he loves adventuring, and does have a habit
of boldly going where angels fear to tread.
Lou’s personality can be enigmatic at times. Sometimes he is
quiet and pensive, especially when he is confused about something.
However, he is very excitable, especially in battle where you can see
him yelling at his friends to watch out for attacks or trash-talking
the enemy. He is not a particularly violent person, but once you get
him involved in a battle he does not give up and is relentless. Lou
also has a strong sense of honor, and he often likes to give personal
items of his to others as proof that he will keep his word. However, he
does have his flaws. Aside from his blind love for adventure, he can be
a bit “ditzy” at times (as Ebony put it), and the fact that
he is a Dragonmaster wannabe is as obvious as the Blue Star in the sky.
Still, just about everyone who has befriended him back in Saith and on
his adventures has not regretted it.
|
Updates: Lou finally returned home to Saith with
Ebony, Bulix, and Iceberg, and there we meet Lou’s friend Diana,
who is later revealed to be his sweetheart. After several skirmishes
with Synthetica’s troops in Burg, he returns to Saith and learns
the truth of Diana's origins: the she had been discovered by her foster
father “abandoned” in the forests of Caldor Isle, a fact
which disturbs him but (after some encouragement from his other
companions) he realizes does not affect his feelings for Diana in any
way, and vows revenge on Synthetica after she kidnaps Diana. After the
kidnapping, he does meet his childhood hero, Dragonmaster Alex, in the
White Dragon Cave. However, Alex soon leaves to save Diana, and Lou
learns that it may fall on his shoulders to fill the role of
Dragonmaster in his absence…
Lou has finally gained limited use of Dragon Magic as he is now able
to use the White Dragon Wings to teleport over fairly short
distances.

Thesian
Name: Thesian
Sex: Male
Age: 19
Occupation: Treasure hunter/Mercenary
Appearance: He is 6 ft tall and 170 lb., with shoulder-length black
hair, and unnaturally bright blue eyes. He is lean but well muscled,
and is clean-shaven (most of the time).
Character Type: Rounded
Skills: Blade, Thunder (just revealed in Session 3!), and Trickery
Personality: Thesian is not the most easygoing fellow, but he has a
good sense of humor and a quick wit. Thesian never works for a wage or
as a soldier if he can help it. He will usually only join treasure
hunting parties in exchange for a cut of the loot, but he does not turn
a deaf ear to those in trouble or seeking protection, and is generally
compassionate to those in need of his help who do not use it for
personal gain. While not particularly strong, he is skilled with a
blade and quick. He is cunning and intuitive, especially in battle, and
he is fairly intelligent. Thesian is a careful gambler; he will usually
not take big risks unless the gains are high, and he always keeps a
trick or two up his sleeve (like his magic!). He enjoys material
things, liquor, and women, but he seldom lets them get him into too
much trouble or keep him from his true goal.
|
|
Updates: Thesian was kidnapped by Ordak and
virtually killed. His power of thunder magic was used by the Blue
Wizard to stabilize his polarization of Lunar. He was eventually
brought back from the edge of death and now has an even stronger link
to Azura.
|
Isis
|
Isis is a professional bounty hunter who lives in Pao. She hunts
those who are evil of spirit and who challenge the peacefulness of her
world. She is tall, strong, and has long red hair. Her green eyes shine
out with a mysterious brilliance when she fights evil with her saber or
mace. She is not very open or talkative. She is courteous to most, but
gives what is deserved. She is independent and responsible for herself.
At a first meeting with you, she will seem mysterious and full of
secrets. With more experience of her, you will know that to be true.
She hasn’t quite figured out where this fighting force has come
from inside her, but she suspects that it has come from something long
ago; something she doesn't remember. Her past is unknown and it's
probably safer that way.
|
Updates: We have found out that Isis and Ordak have
something going on with each other, but that Isis does not remember
that. It turns out that it was also Ordak that gave Isis her ability to
use thunder magic. The Blue Wizard, however, was frustrated as her
“corruption” at the hands of the rest of the party and let
her go, somewhat willingly…
It has been revealed that Isis is the hero representing Pluto, the
Elementalor of Darkness.
|
Eomar
Name: Eomar
Sex : Male
Appearance: Approx. 5'10", 170 lb. He has long black hair and
brown eyes.
In stark contrast to Bulix’s gaudy bright red suit, he wears
only what is essential, streamlined for efficiency. Background: Eomar
is, as a profession, a treasure hunter. He and Thesian have been
partners for quite some time and while he seems to many to simply be
after money and wealth, that is quite far from the truth, although his
true motives remain unknown. He is often rather quiet and reserved, but
he is not shy; he is simply content to be alone. He’s handy with
a bow, and has an affinity for water. He also keeps practicing his
healing magic.
|
|
Updates: It has been revealed that Eomar is the hero
representing Uranus, the Elementalor of Earth.
Bulix
|
Bulix, in many things, is the exception to the rules. He alone among
the group has no elemental magic talent, a fact that both sets him
apart from the others, and caused him to leave his home. Born in the
town of Vane, it was apparent early on that he would have no magic
ability. This was a source of major embarrassment to his family, and as
a result, they never became close. Feeling more and more out of place
in Vane, after being the butt of countless jokes by other children,
Bulix said good-bye to his family and the only “friend” he
had, the magic teacher Rimzol.
At the age of twelve, Bulix left Vane and joined a traveling circus,
the same circus, in fact, that had imprisoned Ebony. After a brief stay
as an acrobat, Bulix decided that the circus life wasn’t for him,
and he left the circus, along with its corrupt management behind.
Somehow he found his way to a karate dojo, and he knew that he had
found what he wanted to do. For ten years he trained, honing his
fighting skill and reflexes. Only recently did he leave, coming back to
Vane for the celebration our of mere curiosity. During the celebration,
he met up with Rimzol again. However, the vile tribe attacked Vane
shortly thereafter, and Rimzol asked Bulix to watch over his brightest
student, a young mage named Iceberg. Bulix gave his word to watch over
him, and takes that very seriously.
While Bulix may not exactly be a fountain of knowledge, and may at
times seem to be fairly dim, this is only because he has concentrated
so narrowly on one thing. Over the years he has developed a vicious
hatred for magic and magic users. Although he is able to keep his
emotions under control, this has prevented him from becoming good
friends with any of the people he travels with.
|
Davis
He’s about average height (5'11"), and isn’t very
heavy. Unlike Lou and Bulix, he is more rounded, and prefers to think
before acting (mainly because of his lesser combative skills), however,
he is sometimes prone to become angered (albeit rarely). Normally,
however, he is generally laid-back, and has a sarcastic style of
humor.
Not much is known about Davis. The only thing known to the group is
the fact that he was raised in Meribia. He met Miko in her village
after stumbling across it, while heading to Vane’s Decade
Anniversary. His past is well-kept from the rest of the group, but he
is known somewhat because of his explorative nature. He has been
exploring the land of Lunar for over 9 years and knows most there is to
know about Lunar. If there is someone you want for a guide, he’s
your man.
He is usually a loner, but if help is needed, and he’s in the
area, you can usually find him there.
Updates: It has been revealed that Davis is the
hero representing Venus, the Elementalor of Light.
|
|
Iceberg
|
Iceberg the Elementalor, as he likes to be called, is a wizard that
studied in Vane since its restoration in the skies. He learns magic
under the orders of Master Rizmol of Vane. It is said that even his
teachers fear him because his power…
His story began in Black Rose St., when the Magic Guild sheltered in
Meribia, "thanks" to the “invitation” of the
Magic Emperor… He appeared under Rizmol’s window, and when
he discovered the abilities of this “pointy eared” elf, he
took him as student in his class.
Ice is selfish and egocentric, but after the adventure in the
Frontier with the rest of the party, he understood that there’s
lots of other people in the world of Lunar, and that friendship is a
good value (he often talks as an economist).
He has been reading lots of Vane’s library books, so he knows
most of Lunar’s history and legends, as the Elementalor
legend… Master of Ice, Darkness points the obscure part of his
soul… (His most secret ambition is to become Guild
Premier)…
He travels now with the party in the hope of finding his past. What
would destiny provide this “almost-dark”
elf-elementalor?

Player Characters: Friends of
the Heroes
Trista
Trista, while not one of the heroes of Middleground, is still a good friend of them,
especially to Lou, whom she had known for a long time as her family used to
vacation in Saith. The lightning mage who is afraid of lightning, as she
sometimes calls herself, she is a short, young, glasses-wearing mage with short,
brown hair and a total Mia wannabee. She first meets our heroes in Nanza after
the Vile Occupation of Vane, but she returns occasionally to give them support
when hey need it. She also was one of the few magicians not affected by the
waves of negative magic that flowed from Vane after the Vile takeover.
Non-Player Characters:
Followers of the Goddess
Azura
Azura was the first “flying cat” Ebony ever met, and it
was after meeting Azura that Ebony realized that he was indeed the son
of the Black Dragon when it was revealed that Azura was the daughter of
the Blue Dragon. Ebony grew to love Azura as his sister, and they
developed a close relationship. Azura also got fairly close to Lou, and
very close to Thesian. In fact, an amulet that Thesian possessed, a
gift from his father, had originally belonged to the Blue Dragon.
Thesian returned the amulet to Azura, but after a strange incident
involving Isis in the Blue Dragon Cave, Azura felt compelled to face
down the mysterious Blue Wizard. Before she left, however, she gave her
amulet to Lou along with an expression of her approval of him for
reasons she neither knew nor understood.
|
|
Jean
|
An ancestor of the Jean that was made famous in
LUNAR: Eternal Blue, this Jean
dances with all the same skill and flair that made her descendant
legendary. She works in the same crooked carnival that Bulix was once
in, the same one that had imprisoned Ebony and that later tried to
imprison Azura. However, she is not crooked at all, and she took over
the carnival after the crooked leader’s henchmen were defeated by
this story’s heroes. We first met this Jean in Pao, where she was
performing at their annual festival. She also has the habit of
appearing out of nowhere from time to time to teach some of our male
heroes a lessen when they begin to act too chauvinistic.
|
Nash
|
Mia Ausa
|
|
|
Since the time of Magic Emperor Ghaleon’s rampage across
the world of Lunar, Mia Ausa and Nash finally wed and are currently
the Premier of Vane and leader of the Magic Guild, respectively.
They have also had a daughter, Semila Ausa, since that time.
|
Semila Ausa
The daughter of Mia Ausa and Nash, Semila Ausa is still only an infant.
However, she has already had a rough life. First she suffered through a terrible
plague caused by the capturing of Vane by the Vile Tribe, which was only cured
after the Viles were defeated. Now however, Synthetica and her Mechanized Army
of the Vile Tribe are trying to hunt her down…
Sebastian
Sebastian is Miko’s brother. Early in the story of Middleground, it was Miko’s
primary goal to get to her home village as soon as possible once she
heard he was ill.
Sebastian is a tribal-ranger-type character. He fights with a wooden
staff and has no exceptional skills that have been revealed. Grizmol,
the Red Anti-Hero, seems to have singled Sebastian out for some reason.
In order to cure Sebastian of his illness, Miko and Davis went to the
“Fire Mountain” to retrieve the “Eternal Flame of
Life,” the only hope of curing this plague. However, they were
too late and Sebastian died. Miko and Davis would then journey into his
consciousness in order to try to bring him back to life, and were
successful except that he lost many of his memories in the process. In
order to cure him, Miko had also lost all her Fire magic, but this
would later be replaced with Plant magic. After his life had been
restored, Sebastian decided to accompany Miko and Davis on their
quest…
|
|
Diana
|
Diana is from Lou’s home town of Saith, and it is eventually
revealed that she was Lou’s sweetheart. When Lou returned home to
Saith along with Ebony, Bulix, and Iceberg, she joined them on their
quest. Sadly, Synthetica, one of the four Anti-Heroes kidnapped her
during this quest, and Lou swore that he would free Diana and avenge
her kidnapping.
Diana and Lou share a very close relationship, one that neither
person’s parents could understand. They both tend to go berserk
if one or the other is hurt in battle, and this rage allows them to
unleash devastating attack spells on the opposition that decimate all
but the most powerful opponents. Lou is also the only person Diana
seems willing to confide in, and as a result of this her parents
changed their opinion of Lou from “troublemaker” to
“protector,” entrusting Diana to him.
Diana’s past is a mystery. She did not live with her birth
parents, which is obvious from her blue hair, a trait which is very
rare among humans. Her parents had said that they adopted her from an
orphanage, but her father later revealed to Lou that he had in fact
found her “abandoned” in the wilderness of Caldor Isle and
had no choice but to take her in. Diana does have a fascination with
what her birth parents were really like as a result of her differences
with her foster parents. Adding to the mystery of her origins are the
strange ear clasp she had always worn since she was a baby, which
started glowing when Synthetica’s machines arrived, and a very
unusual dagger with a Dragon-shaped handle she managed to toss to Lou
before Synthetica could suck her into a time portal to the future from
which she came.
|
Update: It was later revealed that Diana somehow
has a mysterious link to Althena that no one yet understands except for
Ordak.
Finally, the truth has been revealed that Diana is in fact Luna and
Dragonmaster Alex’s daughter from the future. |
Luna
Luna is the human form of the Goddess Althena, although even now few
know this about her, despite the fact that this was the reason Magic
Emperor Ghaleon captured her over a decade ago. Since that time she has
married Dragonmaster Alex, and is currently expecting their first
child, which for some reason Diana has an unusual interest in. Luna
continues to sing at the annual Burg/Saith Goddess Festival, much to
the delight of the citizens of both towns. Luna is also the only human
(as opposed to Dragons or elves) Lou had ever seen with blue hair other
than Diana…
|
|
Dragonmaster Alex
|
Dragonmaster Alex was Lou’s hero growing up ever since his
first visit to Saith. He and Nall had gone to the White Dragon Cave
to investigate the strange machines that had been appearing all over
northern Caldor Isle when Synthetica got a lucky break and trapped
both of them within a time-stasis field. Eventually, Lou, Bulix,
Iceberg, Ebony, and Diana arrived to confront Synthetica in the
chamber where he and Nall were trapped. Alex somehow was able to
contact Lou from within his stasis field and tell him the source of
Synthetica’s control over time, a white orb which Lou smashed
with his blade. As soon as he was free, he quickly severely damaged
Synthetica with Dragon Bolt before diving into the time portal after
Diana. However, knowing that with him gone there would be no
Dragonmaster in the present to protect Lunar, he left one piece of
his armor, the White Dragon Wings, behind with Nall in the case that
another potential Dragonmaster could be found…
|
Updates: Apparently, Alex sadly was lost in time after he
followed Synthetica into the time portal in order to save his daughter,
Diana.
Nall
Nall is the current White Dragon, and Alex’s best friend. At this point
he had reached the roughly size of a jaguar. Once Alex had left and he had been
freed himself, he explained to Ebony, Lou, Bulix, and Iceberg what had been
happening with the strange machines to the best of his knowledge. Nall warned
Ebony that he may need to grow up faster than expected, and asked Quark’s
spirit to give Alex’s White Dragon Wings and his power to Lou so that
there may be another Dragonmaster in Alex’s absence…
Quark
|
Quark the was previous White Dragon before Nall, and was
Nall’s father. Nall called upon his spirit after Alex had gone
into the future after Diana, which was a very desperate action as a
Dragon can only be called from beyond the grave a single time. Quark
immediately took a liking to both Ebony (who he said “had
style”) and Lou (who he said “had the aura”). He
warned Ebony again about how he has to grow up faster than expected,
and warned Lou that he may need to become the next Dragonmaster,
however the Dragon Wings may not work for him because they were meant
for Alex…
|
Ruby
Yes, this is indeed the same Ruby from LUNAR: Eternal Blue. In Middleground, we learn that Ruby is in
actuality much older than she appeared to have been in Eternal Blue, although she is still much
younger than the other Dragons. Ruby’s fear of growing up that was so
evident when she accompanied Hiro on his quest 1,000 years later resulted in her
very slow maturation. At this point, Ruby is only about the size of a walnut and
cannot even talk. She does however have very small wings and resembles a
hummingbird in flight. Davis and Miko found her in the Red Dragon cave, and she
immediately took a liking to Davis, even calling him “Daddy.”
However, with Ruby as young and helpless as she is, how can she help the others
on their quest?
Janise
Janice is Thesian’s girlfriend. All that is known about her thus
far is that she is a “regular” human that Ordak needed to
summon forth his master.
Galford
Galford is a young magic student in Vane. Best known for taunting Iceberg,
the view others had of him changed when he joined the battle against Ordak.
Lucia
|
This is the same Lucia that would reappear 1,000 years later in
Lunar: Eternal Blue. However,
at this point she appears only as a nine or ten-year-old girl. Even at
this young age, however, she still has a sense of power and authority
about her. Lucia’s later uncertainty about humanity would arise
from our heroes’ failure to stop Ordak. However, she does give
them the opportunity to redeem themselves by allowing them to attempt
to repair the damage Ordak caused.
|
Estyo
Estyo was Iceberg’s best friend in Vane, and one of the few members of
the Magic Guild who was unaffected after the Vile takeover of the city.
Jessica
|
Kyle
|
|
|
Jessica has finally achieved the rank of Arch-Priestess and she
continues to work at the Althena’s Shrine near Meribia. She is
also still involved with Kyle, much to her embarrassment
sometimes…
|
Kyle has quit being leader of the group that guards the Nanza
Barrier and has decided to settle down with Jessica in Althena’s
Shrine. The first time we see him, he is yelling for his “Jessie
Poo,” apparently in a drunken stupor. He is quickly silenced when
Jessica used a magic spell to put him to sleep fairly
gently…
|
Priestess Naviria
Priestess Naviria is an immortal servant of Althena who lives at the
Althena’s Shrine near Meribia. She has served there since it was
constructed, just after the time of the creation of Lunar itself. Because of
this, she can see every event that has occurred in the history and future of the
Shrine, and has the power of time travel as well.
Belonda & Drel
Belonda was the human form of the goddess Althena at the time of the Blue
Star’s destruction and Lunar's habitation. Drel was her lover. After
moving the remnants of humanty to Lunar, she and Drel fled into some woods near
the Althena’s Shrine in Katarina. It was learned that Miko and the entire
population of Esperia are their descendants.
Revia Ausa
Revia Ausa is the Premier of Vane from 7,000 years in the future. It was she
that created Synthetica in order to assist in a war against the Vile Tribe.
However, due to faulty programming on her part, Synthetica eventually turned
against her creators and began to wipe out all humanoid life.
Non-player Characters: Enemies
of the Goddess
Forbalus
Forbalus took over the leadership of a small gang of Vile Tribesmen in the
Frontier after Xenobia’s death. Known more for underestimating his
opponents and terrorizing innocent citizens of the Frontier than anything else,
he sent several small groups of his warriors against similar small groups of our
heroes. He was eventually defeated in a one-on-one battle by Davis. However, his
specter still haunts the quest on occasion…
Xenobia
Somehow Xenobia has been resurrected and it was during the quest for
the Uranus Crest that she reared her rotting carcass. It is said that
the Uranus Crest can grant the bearer immortality, and she and Eomar
were engaged in a life and death struggle over this crest with the fate
of Lunar in the balance…
|
|
The Four Anti-Heroes
The four Anti-Heroes are beings from different places, times, and dimensions
that traveled to this time and space in order to conquer Lunar by attacking at a
time they feel the world is at its most vulnerable, or at least that is what
their agenda seems to be right now. There are four Anti-Heroes: Nar, Synthetica,
Grimzol, and the blue wizard known as Ordak. The Anti-Heroes are an alliance
lead by Ordak, though it is rumored that he serves someone else. It is the
mission of the Anti-Heroes to attempt to capture the power of all four Dragons
as well as capture various people Ordak needs to summon forth his master.
Nar
Nar was the first of the four Anti-Heroes to be discovered. Later it would be
revealed that he was in fact the Black Anti-Hero. The immense leader of the Vile
Tribe took over after Xenobia’s death, and is currently attempting to
reunite the Vile Tribe under his own rule. It was he who led the attack on Vane.
Once in control of the city, he turned it upside down, reversing the magical
polarity of Lunar, changing good magic to dark magic, and polluting the minds of
most of the Magic Guild. Fortunately for our heroes, their relative distance
from Vane at the time of the corruption of magic protected them. Nar’s
power comes from his ability to draw strength from all the magical elements. He
was defeated with the aid of Althena’s Mirror, the power of the Ausa
Dynasty, and one of Eomar’s poison arrows in a cataclysmic battle that
lasted for several hours. However, even though Nar was defeated, he was not
destroyed. He managed to escape from Vane, and one can only guess that he will
not underestimate his opposition next time they face each other…
Synthetica
Synthetica is the commander of the Mechanized Army of the Vile
Tribe. She is from some point in the future, though how far is not
known, and she is the White Anti-Hero. Ordak sent her back in time so
she can kill Semila Ausa, and thus destroy the Ausa Dynasty at its
roots, allowing her to conquer the future. In exchange for this, Ordak
asked that she help him in his plan to revive his master. Her base of
operations was the White Dragon Cave, and when Dragonmaster Alex and
Nall went to investigate, she trapped them within a time-stasis field.
Later she would meet up with Ebony, Lou, Bulix, Iceberg, and Diana.
Diana recognized Synthetica somehow, but did not know why. Synthetica
also recognized Diana as a being who’s energy signature matched
that of someone Ordak was looking for, so she captured her and sent her
to the future as part of their deal. The remaining warriors then
proceeded to do battle with her, but their blows were of little effect
on her. She froze all of them except for Lou in a time-stasis field
before Lou somehow realized the source of her power and destroyed it,
freeing all the warriors, including Dragonmaster Alex. Alex quickly
defeated her, handing her a near-mortal blow, but she too managed to
escape and seal the portal of time behind her.
|
|
Update: Synthetica has been defeated!
Grimzol
Grimzol first appeared on Lunar centuries ago, and his specialty was
spreading plagues far and wide. Eventually, the Goddess Althena put a stop to
his actions by sealing him away deep within a cave near the prairie village of
Pao. However, when Magic Emperor Ghaleon went on his rampage a decade before the
events in Middleground, the Goddess Seal
was weakened and Grimzol started to spread disease among the Plains Tribe.
Fortunately, he was defeated once and for all by Alex during his quest to become
Dragonmaster, with the help of Kyle, Nash, and Tempest. Or so everyone
thought…
Grimzol returned to life 10 years later as the Red Anti-Hero. He now has
two quests: to spread disease throughout the world and to hunt down and
kill Ruby, the newly born Red Dragon.
Update: Grimzol has been defeated by the heroes!
Ordak
The Blue Wizard Ordak is the most mysterious of the Anti-Heroes that
have been discovered thus far as well as being their leader. He fills
in the role of the Blue Anti-Hero, has power over time, and is
apparently from a completely different world or dimension. Time has no
control over him — he can slip back and forth through time as
easily as a fish slips through the water. His goal on Lunar is to
somehow link it to his own world. However, as powerful as he is, he
serves someone else, and somehow Isis, Thesian, and Thesian's
girlfriend Janice are linked to him summoning forth his master. He also
has an interest in capturing Diana for some strange reason…
|
|
Raithalt (formeraly The Master)
Raithalt is a strange interdimensional being of some sort that Ordak serves.
It lives for only one purpose: to wipe everything completely out of existance.
Ordak learned of his existance after distressing events on his own home world
caused him to lose his mind, making him want to “purify” the
universe by wiping all words out of existance in all dimensions.
