High Mage Theran (Session
6):
Theran is the ruler of Savanti and the maternal grandfather of Ashmodeel. The
most powerful wizard in all the land, he is also known for his lack of outside
emotion. A calculating man, he has been known to often spend weeks locked
behind closed doors working on various projects known only to a select few...
However, it is now known that one of his projects involves acquiring all the
"dark mana" that fell to Mirzha during the Night of Falling Stars,
and somehow attacking Dragonia is crucial to that goal.
Update (As of Session 6):
Theran, with the help of Gabe, usurped full power over Savanti's government as
part of a plot geared to saving Savanti in spite of its population
decline...
Update (As of Session 13):
Theran was defeated by the party in mortal combat...

The Fallen Angel (Session
1):
This being, known only as the "Fallen Angel" lead a monster attack
on Kamelat Palace in Dragonia. Humanoid in appearance, he also has a pair of
coal black angel-like wings and wields a light-pike, a weapon consisting of a
metal tube in the center from which beams of light emerge to form something
similar in appearance to a quarterstaff. His preferred magic is darkness,
however he also has some sort of fire shield spell. He was defeated by the
party during his attack on Kamelat palace. He is also believed to be part of
the same group of monsters that attacked Dragonian outposts before Savanti
invaded. However, a lot of questions remain. Who and what is he? Where did
he and his companions come from? Why are they here to begin with? Do they
serve Theran or are they simply coindentally attacking the same places he
does? Where did he get his mysterious "light-pike" weapon? Why does
a darkness-based creature possess fire spells? Why does he resemble an angel
in form? Mysteries begging to be solved...
Update (as of Session 6):
It turns out that the Fallen Angel is one of an ancient race that fought
the Espers known as the Tenshi.
Demonmaster Gabe (AKA Gabriel, the Arch-Tenshi of
Strength) (Session 6):
Gabe, also known as the "Demonmaster," appeared mysteriously in
Savanti after the Night of Falling Stars. He met with Theran, and soon after
Theran took power of the government, single-handedly executed the Savanti High
Council, and encouraged Theran on his quest to collect the Dark Mana. His
real motivations are unknown, however he was revealed to be one of the
"Tenshi."
The Empire (Session
8):
The Empire is an ancient power that both fought in the Great War and created
the Tenshi. Very little is known about it, except
that with the return of the Tenshi, it may be reviving...

Hitokiri Deimu-sama (Session
10):
Deimu is a master swordsman who appears to be somewhere between a ninja and a
samurai. A master with a katana, he has been contracted by Theran to do some
of the High Mage's dirty work. Deimu seriously injured Cain in his first encounter with the party.
Update (as of Session
12):
Apparently Deimu and Kasumi are lovers... or at least Kasumi is very much in
love with him...
Update (As of Session
13):
Deimu's love for Kasumi has been confirmed. It was also discovered that Deimu
was working for Theran only because it served some higher purpose of his. He
would eventually go on to deliver the fatal blow to Theran after the party
defeated him in battle.
Update (as of Session
17):
Deimu, albeit only in light sparring, is the only person ever to survive a
battle against Kasumi.

Keinno Kasumi (Session
12):
Kasumi is an extremely strong female samurai/ninja who works with and is in
love with Deimu (or Deimu-sama, as she calls him). She has also
hinted that there is more to Deimu's contract with Theran than at first seems
as she constantly referred to Theran as "weak" and did not have a
very high opinion of him compared to Deimu. She also has a very short fuse --
when a guard tried to talk back to her concerning her opinion of Theran, she
picked him up by his throat, crushed his windpipe, and tossed him aside, all
with one hand.

13):
Kasumi seems to have a fondness for black roses...
Update (as of Session
17):
Kasumi turns out to be extremely powerful with her combination of
sword and thunder techniques (some of which seem very familiar to
people who saw/participated in Lunar: A Story
Forgotten), as well as captain of the stolen Technomage Airship,
Destiny. Apparently, no one has ever survived a battle against her
except for her lover, Deimu, and even then it was only in light sparring.
Update (as of Session
18):
Kasumi finally revealed why she was spooked by
Dragoona's armor and equipment back in session 17.
It turns out that she feels that Dragoona's new
equipment may in fact be that of a Demonmistress.

Update (as of Session
19):
Kasumi is descended from the legendary Founder
known as "Dragon Knight" or "Dragon Samurai" Kane,
depending on where in the world you're talking about him.
Raphael, the Arch-Tenshi of Healing (Session 10):
Raphael is an Arch-Tenshi like his older brother, Demonmaster Gabe (AKA
Gabriel). Unlike Gabe, he seems to have no desire to kill unless it is
absolutely necessary, and he even healed the party during their first
encounter despite warning them to stay out of his way. He also revealed that
Rista was indeed a Tenshi by blood...
Granite Fist (Session
13):
The illegitimate son of Granite Face, Chief Elder of Savanti, one of his
henchmen was the person who got Richard banished in the first place and
resulted in the following coverup. He now works for Deimu.
Gordon Bray (Session
13):
A claw-wielding lunatic from Iria who has a past with LeBeau, Bray also works
for Deimu now, and may be even stronger than when LeBeau met him for the first
time...
Update (As of Session
16): Gordon Bray, who had been working for Deimu's gang, was finally
defeated and ultimately killed, with LeBeau
delivering the fatal blow.

Uriel, the Arch-Tenshi of Light
(Session 14):
Uriel is the last of the Arch-Teshi, brother to Raphael and Demonmaster Gabe
(Gabriel). Referring to himself as the "Arch-Tenshi of Light,"
Uriel is an extremely powerful magician who was also able to bring out Rista's Tenshi power.
